Tabor Audio Ltd recordings

Tabor Audio Ltd has been making sound recordings for over thirty years. Classical music, Gilbert & Sullivan, brass bands and traditional folk music have all been recorded. Casette tapes and, more recently, CDs have been made for fund-raising, for performers and as demo tapes for professional musicians.

Tabor Audio Ltd uses an appropriate microphone technique for each performance, crossed coincident pair of cardioid pattern microphones, spaced omni, near coincident cardioid or Mid & Side. Master recordings have been made on analogue reel to reel tape recorders and more recently on Digital Audio Tape (DAT). CD and Minidisc. Compact Flash recorders and hard disk editing on computer are also used. The electronics are built by Tabor Audio Ltd to the highest specification possible.

single demo cassette or CD at eighty pounds (two copies provided)

multiple cassette copies at six pounds each with no additional costs (minimum twenty cassettes)

multiple CD copies at twelve pounds each with no additional costs (minimum ten CDs)

other design and consultancy work is available at thirty pounds per hour
